Last updated: October 23, 2026
GM Finishing Touch LLC ("GM Finishing Touch," "we," "us" or "our") operates the website gmft.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit the Site, contact us or request an estimate. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you request an estimate, ask a question or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, details about your project, your preferred timeline and how you heard about us. If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the dates and times of your visits, and your general location based on your IP address. We collect this information using cookies, local storage and similar technologies, as described below.
Information stored on your device. To make our forms easier to use, the Site stores in your browser the name, email address and phone number you last entered in a form, and information about how you arrived at the Site, which is sent to us with a form. This information stays on your device until you clear your browser’s data for the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your questions and provide estimates and services;
- communicate with you about your project;
- operate, maintain and improve the Site;
- understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising;
- advertise our services, including on other websites and apps;
- detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember information you entered, analyze traffic and measure and personalize advertising. Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block cookies, some features of the Site may not work as intended.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as how often visitors come to the Site, which pages they visit and which sites they came from. We do not send Google Analytics the information you enter in our forms. For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising
We may use advertising services, such as Google Ads, to show ads for our services on other websites and apps and to measure how well our ads work, for example whether you contacted us after clicking an ad. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google’s Ad Settings. You can also opt out of personalized advertising from many other third-party vendors through the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell the personal information you provide to us. We share information only as follows:
- With service providers that perform services for us, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), address suggestions (Google Maps Platform), analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (such as Google Ads). These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- To comply with the law, legal process or a government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business.
- With your consent.
Third-Party Services and Links
When you type an address into our estimate form, the Site uses Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses, and what you type is sent to Google and handled under Google’s Privacy Policy. The Site also links to other websites, such as manufacturers’ product pages and our Facebook page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided to us by contacting us as described below. You may also opt out of analytics and personalized advertising as described above, and you can clear the information the Site stores in your browser at any time through your browser’s settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Third parties, such as Google, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
